How has your business changed in the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, my business hasn’t just grown—it’s become more aligned. We’ve shifted from simply scaling output to refining impact. That means fewer distractions, clearer messaging, and a deeper commitment to serving the right people in the right way. I’ve become more intentional about building not just a brand, but a body of work that reflects my values. There’s also been a significant evolution in how we approach growth. It’s less about chasing visibility and more about building trust—creating content, systems, and experiences that genuinely transform people. Internally, we’ve strengthened our foundation—better systems, stronger team alignment, and a clearer vision of where we’re going. Because sustainable growth isn’t just about expansion, it’s about structure. Ultimately, the biggest change is this: the business is no longer just growing outward—it’s growing deeper.

Describe a Failure in your Career

One of the most defining failures in my career was building a successful business—only to watch it collapse. My first company in the U.S. grew quickly. We were working with top-level talent, creating incredible projects, and for a while, it felt like we were unstoppable. But within a few years, the business plateaued, lost momentum, and ultimately shut down. What made it difficult wasn’t a lack of opportunity or talent—it was a lack of the habits, systems, and long-term thinking required to sustain success. I was relying on momentum and creativity, but not building the structure needed for durability. That failure reshaped how I see success. It taught me that early wins can be deceptive, and that true success is not about how fast you grow—but how well you’re built to last. Looking back, it was preventable. But it was also necessary. Because it forced me to grow into the kind of leader who doesn’t just create success—but sustains it with intention, discipline, and alignment.

What inspires you to keep growing and learning as a leader?

What inspires me to keep growing as a leader is the understanding that leadership is stewardship. It’s not about status, it’s about responsibility. The more influence you’re given, the more intentional you have to be about who you’re becoming. Because at the end of the day, people don’t just follow your ideas, they follow your example. I’ve learned that growth isn’t optional if you want to lead well. If I stop growing, I limit the people I’m called to serve. And that’s something I take seriously. I’m also deeply inspired by transformation, both in my own life and in others. When you see what’s possible when someone aligns their values, their identity, and their actions, it creates a kind of momentum that pulls you forward. It reminds you that there’s always another level of clarity, discipline, and purpose available. And ultimately, my growth is anchored in faith. It’s about becoming more aligned with truth, more grounded in purpose, and more capable of serving others with integrity and excellence. Because leadership, at its core, is not about arriving, it’s about continually becoming.

Who do you admire in the industry and why?

I admire Omar El-Takrori because of his ability to combine storytelling with purpose. He doesn’t just create content for attention, he creates with intention. What stands out is how he communicates ideas in a way that’s both engaging and meaningful, while staying grounded in his values. In an industry that often rewards noise, he’s built influence through clarity, authenticity, and consistency. That kind of impact, where your work resonates deeply and points people to something greater, is something I respect and aim to embody as well.
